Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to provide the highest quality design services and ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will work with you to make revisions as per our revision policy.

2. Deposit and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
• Initial Concept Phase: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts and choose to cancel the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund. We will retain 20% of the total project cost to cover the time and resources spent on initial concepts.
• Post-Concept Phase: Once the project moves beyond the initial concept phase and into revisions or further design work, refunds are not available. This is to compensate for the time and effort invested in the project.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Completed Projects: Refunds are not available once the final design files have been delivered and approved.
• Rush Services: Fees for rush or expedited services are non-refundable.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for changes in project scope or direction after work has begun.
• Non-Communication: If a project is canceled due to a lack of communication from the client for more than 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at support@australia-gym.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution If there is a disagreement regarding the refund, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, we can involve a neutral third-party mediator to help reach a resolution.

7. Amendments to Refund Policy We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
